• INCIDENTS - Report any incidents to staff if you feel unsafe and they will assist (they will have lanyards) ASAP.

• NO PHYSICAL CONTACT - with any performers or attendees without consent, no asking or pressuring for physical contact. Be mindful of personal space as well.

• NO LOITERING - around after venue has concluded, please do not talk to Performers unless during Meet n Greet section of event.

• PRIVACY - Respect privacy of staff, attendees, performers.

• NO ALCOHOL - this event has ZERO tolerance for alcohol, please do not show up inebriated. Entry will be denied, as well as merch sales denied.

• TICKETS - A valid ticket is required to attend. Please do not enter the venue without purchasing a ticket at any time of the event.

• Photography & Video OK & is encouraged. Please tag Wooly @wooly_chan on socials correctly!

• No tripods / Steadicams / rigs - all recording devices must be handheld and be the body of the device + lens only unless you have a physical disability.

• No photography & video during merch sales (Buppan)

• Any media taken illegally will be reported to authorities. Please note we reserve the right to ask you to stop photography or videography if we have valid concerns over safety
