• No physical tickets will be sent out – please check your emails for an e-ticket from “The Neighbourhood”. Please email hello@partofpiece.info via the e-ticket for any issues or enquiries regarding ticketing

• Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event for refunds if you know that you will not be able to make the event.

• INCIDENTS - Report any incidents to staff if you feel unsafe and they will assist (they will have lanyards) ASAP.

• NO PHYSICAL CONTACT - with any performers or attendees without consent, no asking or pressuring for physical contact. Be mindful of personal space as well.

• NO LOITERING - around after venue has concluded, please do not talk to Performers unless during Meet n Greet section of event.

• PRIVACY - Respect privacy of staff, attendees, performers.

• DRINK SAFELY – Thank you for supporting The Burdekin Hotel! Get some drinks, but please drink responsibly!

• Photography & Video OK & is encouraged. Please tag us on socials correctly!

• No tripods / Steadicams / rigs - all recording devices must be handheld and be the body of the device + lens only unless you have a physical disability.

• No photography & video during merch sales (Buppan)
